Cindy FlandersCynthia Flanders is a Management and Leadership Coach and founder of Manage Fearlessly. Her clients include individuals and large organizations' CEOs and senior management. Manage Fearlessly provides advice, training and resources for new and aspiring managers and entrepreneurs and small business coaching.
Prior to founding Skipjack Partners, Cindy spent over 30 years with Bank of America and its predecessor organizations, where she held a series of positions of increasing responsibility. She served as the Global Commercial Banking Executive for the Bank's Mid-Atlantic Region. In that role, she was responsible for the delivery of a full array of financial services to Small, Middle Market and Micro Cap Companies throughout the Mid Atlantic. Cindy oversaw eight commercial banking markets and over 80 client teams that covered 6,000 clients in South/Central New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC and Virginia. Cindy received a BS degree from the University of Maryland, RH Smith School of Business, graduating summa cum laude, and a MBA, also from the RH Smith School of Business. She served as President of the Alumni Association from 2002 to 2003. Cindy currently serves on the Boards of Argan, Inc. (AGX) and Forbright (FKA Congressional Bank). |
Walker StoneWalker Stone specializes in making the complicated seem simple through teaching and creating understandable instructional content. Based in Austin, Texas, Walker creates training and instructional content for Engineers remotely at GitHub, a Microsoft owned company.
Walker earned a Master's Degree in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Limerick in Ireland, and the Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Walker has taken his love for teaching, and designing training curricula and content all over the world in the past 7 years, working and teaching across 3 continents, including in American corporations. Walker currently sits as a Global Alumni Ambassador for The University of Limerick, where he coaches and informs prospective students around the globe the benefits of pursuing a degree at his Alma Mater. In his free time, Walker is often hiking, playing rugby for a local club, or volunteering his time to make international education more accessible for everyone. |
Zoey KramerZoey is a data guru located in Austin, TX focused focused on taking data, making it actionable, and even more importantly making it understandable.
Currently a Revenue Operations Lead at a startup called Tinybird, she is helping grow a scalable revenue team to drive and build efficient processes, reporting , and forecasting. She received her masters in Statistics from Texas A&M focused on business analytics and loves being able to take real world data and build models (that actually work!). With many of her roles working at companies to build revenue and churn forecasting models. |
